Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. After that, your plan automatically downgrades to the Free tier — no further charges will be made.

2. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers residing in the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription purchase, under Directive 2011/83/EU and Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.).

Important: By starting your subscription and using the paid features within the 14-day period, you expressly agree that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. Where the Service is performed only in part, the refund will be reduced proportionally to the usage already provided.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement to support@cryptotrade.money within 14 days of purchase, including your account email and order reference.

3. Refunds Outside the Withdrawal Period

Outside the 14-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors on our side.
  • Prolonged service outages directly attributable to us.
  • Demonstrable inability to access the paid plan caused by a defect in our Service.

We do not refund based on trading losses, market conditions, third-party outages (Solana network, RPC providers, exchanges), or user error (lost wallet keys, missed alerts due to disabled notifications, etc.).

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@cryptotrade.money with:

  • Account email
  • Date of purchase and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
