This Service is operated by Erik Temesvári, registered at 1088 Budapest, József krt. 2., Hungary (the "Operator", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Solorbit (the "Service"), you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service.
Solorbit is a software platform that connects to public market data and third-party exchanges/DEXs to provide portfolio tracking, alerts, paper trading, and user-configured automated trading strategies on the Solana network. We do not custody user funds; on-chain transactions are signed and executed via the user's connected wallet.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto-asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws, including tax obligations.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, 2FA codes, recovery codes, and wallet private keys. We will never ask for your seed phrase. Notify us immediately at support@cryptotrade.money if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required. You can cancel at any time from your account; see our Refund Policy.
Solorbit is a tool, not a financial advisor. All content and signals are for informational purposes only. Crypto trading carries a high risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Always start with paper trading.
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Solana RPC providers, Jupiter, Binance market data, Stripe, email providers). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or losses caused by these third parties.
You may not: (a) use the Service for unlawful activity, including money laundering or sanctions evasion; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (d) resell access without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
